Airport and Point-To-Point Transfers

We offer discounted rates for airport and point-to-point transfers for corporate accounts. Contact us by email, phone or use our contact page for quotes or additional information.

Our rates (except hourly rates) are calculated using the following formula:

Base rate + Gratuity +

Meet and Greet: $30 if you require to be met inside the airport. Your driver will be waiting for you near baggage claims or in special designated areas.

For every airport or point-to-point transfer there is a 15 minutes grace period after which waiting time applies.

Stops are limited to two per trip. If more than two stops are needed the reservation will be billed using hourly rates based on the vehicle type requested.

Holidays and Early Mornings

For trips that begin during a national US holiday there is an extra charge of $20 (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

For trips that begin between 10:00PM and 05:00 AM there will be an extra charge of $20. For airport arrivals, the scheduled arrival time is considered.

Other Fees

Tolls are included in the base rate or hourly rate. We do not charge any extra fees except for national holidays, early morning and in special circumstances where special arrangements must be made (extended parking, overnight stay, etc).

Credit card information will be required when you make your reservation. Upon receipt of your reservation request, subject to availability, we will email your confirmation. Reservations are not valid unless you received a confirmation email from Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc., only our office staff has the right to make and confirm reservations. Our chauffeurs are not allowed to make reservations, verbal confirmations will be void. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours before the actual pick-up time. However, last-minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. Please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any errors in the confirmation email, please contact us immediately. Our drivers will be routed by the information on the confirmation email, such as pick-up address and pick-up times.


Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice before making the reservation. Rates will not change once the reservation has been approved and confirmed via email. All rides after 2+ hours will be reversed as an hourly charter. The client will be informed by dispatch before the reservation is accepted. Garage time will be applied to all long-distance rides.

Waiting Time

Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimated time of arrival. Billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate in the event the client is delayed at baggage claim, or the waiting time is exceeded beyond the allotted thirty (30) minutes for domestic flights, thirty-five (35) minutes for private FBO’s, sixty (60) minutes for international flights. Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. monitors all private flights and commercial airline arrivals. There is a 30-minute time allowance on Domestic and 60 minutes on International from the time flight lands and 15 minutes from local address pick-ups. After time allowance, there will be a $15 charge per 15 minutes added on Sedan/SUV. Waiting time ride reverts to hourly charter charge from originally scheduled time. If you cannot locate your driver, please call on +1(773) 800-6494 to avoid being billed as a No Show. Additional stops less than 20 minutes on Luxury Sedan/SUV – $20 charge. Additional requested stop exceeding 20 minutes is billed as additional hour, based on the hourly rate on the selected vehicle.

Payment Information

We will authorize your credit card as soon as the reservation is made. The card must have sufficient funds to honour the payment, or your reservation will be cancelled. We do not keep any credit card information. We use a secure credit card gateway to process all credit card payments. Charges may appear on your credit card statement as Stripe for a few hours.

Excess Cleaning Fee | Vehicle Damage

If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, smoking, excessive trash) the company at its discretion will charge client additional fees to cover such expense. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The minimum clean-up fee is $250.

Lost and Found

Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. cannot assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property, nor any property left in the company’s vehicle. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly before leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.


Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. requires cancellations by email at least 6 hours before scheduled pick-ups. Any cancellations not made within the required time by email will be charged the full rate of the scheduled trip. Hourly charter reservations require 24 hours prior notice of cancellation. The only exception is unexpected flight changes made after boarding. Please email your cancellation request to to avoid a charge for the full amount of your reservation.

Alcohol | Smoking

No alcohol may be consumed in vehicles, no exceptions. We will terminate the ride if anyone is caught consuming alcohol without any refund. Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. has the right to cancel the service and call local law enforcement if passengers are found carrying or using illegal substances. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Car Seats

Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. assumes no responsibility for any injury or damages suffered by the user. Any car seat provided by Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. must be installed by the customer using our services. Chauffeurs are neither authorized nor certified to install any type of car seat provided by Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc. Miami Federal Law States that it is the parents’ responsibility to safely find belts, hooks & buckles and to properly install the car seats.

Customer Service Resolution

If your schedule pick-up is delayed due to:

  1. Extraordinary traffic conditions related to acts of God, extreme weather conditions, road construction or traffic accidents resulting in a vehicle not arriving on location at or before the scheduled pick-up time.
  2. Flight delays or any other instance that is beyond our control resulting in a shortfall of vehicles required to service the existing reservations within a given time frame.

Alpha Limo & Taxi Inc assumes no liability.

If your scheduled pick-up is delayed due to the company’s error, the customer will be compensated as per below:

  1. 20-40 minutes late will result in a 25% discount
  2. 41-60 minutes late will result in a 50% discount
  3. Greater than 60 minutes will result in a 75% discount
  4. We offer an “Online Reservation System” where you can easily make your reservation via our website. Once a reservation is entered it will be either approved or denied based on availability. If you are requesting a specific vehicle, please verify this when responding to your Reservation Confirmation by stating “Please assure the (specific vehicle) is available”. Our system recognizes the number of passengers and will dispatch the appropriate vehicle based on availability unless noted in the notes section.
